1. a phrase used by stupid people who think that they have swag, but obviously don't. 2. also used when you have seen something so fucking ridiculous that you are at a loss for words.

1. Joshua: (falls off his skateboard and breaks his wrist) "what the flying fuck!!!!!!"

2. Samantha: (sees a 5-headed snake) "What the flying fuck is that?! THAT is a disgrace to nature!"

Tommy: "Did you just seriously say what the flying fuck?"
