1. to address one who is extraordinarily goofy, and/or silly

2. a name you call someone who is trying too hard in a game and embarrassing themselves

ex; *hunter in destiny actively tryharding*
*dies to a player who is just playing casually*
casual player: "calm down goofy lips"
