used to describe a co worker who’s incredibly good at “playing the part” but not actually doing the job. they could become a manager, make bank, and still not do anymore than they were doing before. they can often be seen pretending to work. these individuals are highly manipulative.

co-worker: the new girls so lazy. we’re always expected to pick up her slack.
