Slang term for booze. Named as such due to the evil effects (on both the body and behavior) it will provide for the person drinking it.

The pose a dead gang member assumes in the airbrushed shirt of himself after he gets killed while gangbanging. The gang member is typically squatting down, and pointing both hands towards the camera, flashing his respective gang sign.
