Dickhead

Dickheads are best described as insensitive and rude to the people he surrounds himself with. He may engage in stupid behavior and probably will take a while to mature. He may be all "jokes" but he fails to empathize and to be serious when the situation calls for it.
Stay away from dickheads; they are toxic
