An overweight male like female who grows mustaches and usually consists of spotty and variously placed patches of conspicuous, multicolored short hair throughout her body.
Most commonly referred to as 'Tina', she can't keep track or be up to date with modern day events and, even though she may currently be a minor, she will never be fully able to apply any skill she has developed through her public school education. As well as she commonly can not hold her balance as she walks and tries to play off her obvious small mental illness with laughter and high pitched noises after mistakes like these.
