GOTD is slang for Get On That Drank and is used frequently at colleges when you are bored out of your mind and have nothing better to do.

Me: Yo doug whatchu on boi?
Doug: Awww shit... GOTD!
Me: Aight lemme go to the liqour store and then i'll head over.
