An algerian word used to describe someone who is poor ,but also believes that being poor grants him some privilege.

*aymen hit a woman while driving and ran away* police pulled him over:
officer: why did you hit and run? you killed a pregnant woman.
aymen: you know i was in a hurry and im a zawali myself so...
officer: understandable have a nice day.
