Usually a BLACK woman who only has sexual relations with WHITE men. A bleach bunny refuses to date or even entertain a male of any other race in favor of pleasing white men. Occasionally other women of color fit the definition of a bleach bunny; it is typically common in Hispanic and Asian women as well.

Aaliyah: "Sorry, you're cool but I'm more into white guys..."
Hassan: "Ew, you're a bleach bunny. Get the hell away from me, bitch."
