Nay-no

Despite being a seeming double negative, this term takes the older colloquial “nay” (meaning no) and further reinforces it with a second use of “no” creating a very emphatic expression of a negative response or declination of a request.

Person 1: “you wanna Netflix and chill?”
Person 2: “that’s a nay-no my friend”
