Shit Pillow

When you place a wad of toilet paper in the empty bowl before you take a shit. This "pillow" muffles the sound...so no one knows you're shitting.

Friend: I'm going out of town this weekend with Mike for the first time and staying in a hotel. How will I poop without him knowing?
Me: Dude, just make a shit pillow.
