Commonly used phrase in MMA, when a fighter takes their opponent down and lays on them, and prays they keep them there for fear of them getting back to their feet and beating the shit out of them.

Man this fight fucking sucks. All Brock Lesnar does is lay and pray. BOOOOOOO!
