Taking a day off from your adult responsibilities to relax and reconnect with your inner child by watching movies / television ads from your childhood, eating the same food etc.

"Yeah my therapist recommended I try "Buellering"
"That's cool dude, I've been buellering pretty much every day for the past two years"
Inspired by popular film "Ferris Bueller's Day Off", "Buellering" is an experimental form of regression therapy where an individual takes a break from regular adult responsibilities to spend a period of time engrossed in a nostalgic combination of film / art / food enjoyed in childhood in order to reconnect with the inner child, ground oneself and elicit positive emotions.
Buellering is yet to be officially recognised as a legitimate therapy technique.
Hey have you heard of "buellering"? My therapist recommended it to me.
Oh man, I've been buellering on and off since last year. Love it.
