A term used to describe someone who is so pitifully ugly that it detriments society as a whole and they should cover their face with a bag.

Ryan: Evan, would you agree that the vast majority of people on Jerry Springer are ugly?

Evan: I agree, they are all very unpleasant to look at. I would even venture to say that they are bag ugly.
