It is a combination of a cough and a sneeze and will most likly hurt like hell.

Guy 1: *snoughs*
Guy 2: what was that?
Guy 1: that was "snough".
Guy 2: a what?!
Guy 1: a sneeze and a cough at the same time.
Guy 2: it must have hurt.
Guy 1: ya.
