A female who feels anger and/or jealousy for someone who has succeeded in something they have worked hard for.
A being who speaks badly,and/or takes negative actions in attempt to create problems for a successful person. A person that has to bring others down in prder to feel better about themselves.

Billy Goat

A person overzealous about taking out trolls, to the point that nearly no one can discuss a subject with varying points of view because the least criticism, controversial statement, or personal opinion is viewed as trolling.

I was banned from an ethics discussion board because a billy goat who resented my views reported me to an admin.
