a ryan is generally a slang term for a toilet or lavatory. although in the same way that words such as shit or fuck can be used in many different wways, so can ryan.. examples are below

that guy is a total ryan = that guys is a total fuck head

omg look its ryans best friend = omg look its that kid whos got no friends
