A (straight or gay) male who is not just concerned with personal hygiene, fashion, style,etc., he is obssesed with it. He is self-absorbed and narcissistic. He might enter a bar or club and thinks that everyone wants to screw him, be him, or worship him. This does not mean they are attractive, though most have appealing qualities. They look down on their sexual counterpart male or female and believe them to be insignificant. They may seem very selective in their sexual partners but it's a lie. They are bonafide whores. If you are "lucky" to get a couple nights of sex out of them don't get excited. They bore easily.
Side note: Not All Gays Are Metrosexual! Some gays don't eat gourmet foods wear cologne, and listen to Bach etc. Some gays finds these thing repulsive. e.g(Butch gays/lesbians)

Scene: Mixed gay/straight Bar/Club
Joe: Hi. My name is joe. The food here is great.
Metrosexual: (very wide smile)dude, i'm not gay.
Joe: Cool. Dindnt ask you all that information.
Metrosexual: Haha! Sure, sure. I dont blame you. I get in trouble coming to these gay establishments. (looks overly excited that he is attractive to someone. Mission Accomplished!)
