I almost threw up when I saw that youtube skateboarder's nutsack split open on the grinding rail, it was a total webvulsion dude!

Immediate, low-grade infatuation with a person whom one has only encountered on the web. The most common causes of web-fatuation are seeing a friend of a friend on a social website, such as facebook, and being instantly smitten, without knowing any real information about that person's real life identity.
