It’s used to comment a smart, maybe countering insult. It’s used among friends to point out that one person made a good counter joke.
*you mom jokes are of a different breed and therefore don’t count.

Guy one: Jo bro, if the zombie apocalypse would happen, you’d die first, dweeb!

Guy two: your right, zombies eat brains, so you should be safe.
