Usually refers to a kid with a massive smile that actually cannot stop smiling because of a deformity, usually this happens from birth and the baby will come out smiling insted of crying.
These types of people can actually not get angry just normal, although their normal is just as bad as our angry.
Also these types of people tend to go out or marry people with a name starting with "T" e.g. Tamara!

The Gavin: Dont worry i have a deformity which doesnt allow me to show any other feelings other than happy!
Man: Umm, ok thats umm good for you?
