He played Mikey Milkovich on Shameless (US) as Ian Gallaghers BoyFriend, he played Hamm on The Pacific, he played tj on Godivas, and Todd on a dog named Christmas. He played many different characters and is still playing many characters . Noel is a great actor like I said and is so sweet, I love him. <3
