Extreme levels of swag. Usually with high levels of jewelry costing many racks. Also someone with said drip will roll through to a party or festival decked out with chains, watches and designer everything.

Jake: Yo did you see Oscar yesterday at the party?

Mike: Naw what happened.

Jake: Nothing this man Oscar was drippin heavy tho. He had so much drip we may have just drowned there.
