Commonly used in a situation when you’re, annoyed, or mad about someone’s/somethings actions. Another way to say “pissed” or “pissed off”. Can also be used as peeved and peeving

“ansley was really being annoying, she’s kind of peeving me out.”
“gracie stole my mascara, i’m so peeved at her.”
