the act of suddenly and swiftly pulling ones pants and undies down, licking their genitals then pulling them back up. it is primarily done by someone to their partner in a semi-public (or public) place as a lewd act.

The defamed grass/poison type pokémon that has a strikingly similar name to a hilarious and funny!

It is often brought up while clicking through the pokédex while doing your pokémon smash or pass or an enraged gut reaction to being called sussy.
