Portmanteau of "equality" and "chivalry". When a woman demands equality from men in the workplace (or other social situations) then expects chivalry from them the rest of the time....like when a spider needs squished or when the strange noise from downstairs in the middle of the night needs to be investigated.

Linda won't admit she expects equivalry because she is going for department head, but she really dressed Christopher down this morning for leaving the toilet seat up.

white ponytail

An aged 1960s-1970s radical hippie who is now teaching radical hippie beliefs to young, wannabe radical hipsters at a university or college. Has sported a ponytail since their own college years which has now turned white with age. Usually male, but can be female. Also known as a 'gray ponytail'.
