Refers to a phase in strength training where an individual deliberately increases caloric intake and focuses on heavy resistance extra fries to gain significant mass and (potential) strength. This period is characterized by consuming a surplus of nutrients to support mass growth, often resulting in a concurrent increase in body weight, including some fat gain.
