A term used for either someone that only finds sexual attraction; more commonly confused as someone, usually a fan of twitch streamer and YouTuber buy the of dream, that has sexual attraction to dream. The LGBTQ+ community claims/validates either of these “sexuality’s”

person: I’m dreamsexual, I only get the hots in my dreams.
actual queer person: you are NOT valid, neither is your sexual orientation Dreamsexuals do not exist.

person: I’m dreamsexual, I find sexual attraction in a Twitch streamer.

A person a part of a large group of people that enjoy twitch streamer, and YouTuber, Dream. Used as an insult to someone on their interest considering they (the person saying "dream stan") doesn't like it. often used to any one who watches anyone in the DSMP fandom* and enjoys the content.

*(this rule also applies for anyone that affiliates with someone in the DSMP)

"dream stan": "I like to watch *someone from the DSMP*."
