Used mainly in Ireland and also sometimes in the United Kingdom. Used to encourage one to be calm, cool and not to over react under pressure.

Derives from the the involuntary thoughtless movements/convulsions that chickens experience for a brief moment after having their heads choped off.

Manager: "...thats alright johnny, keep the head now, come on"
