This is a Nigerian word which means "what about" or "how about". It's used at the end of a sentence to ask a question.

Man 1: *gets up*
Man 2: Ah, Where are you going?
Man 1: Omo, I want to go and get something eat
Man 2: Me nko?

Man 1: You're hungry too?
Man 2: Always. Let's go together
