Yam Face

To have bad complexion; to have a visage covered in pock marks or acne scars. Thus named for its similarity to the appearance of a sweet potato or yam.

Bill: Hey what are you up to today?
Bob: Another trip to the dermatologist. It's hard being a yam face.
