not specifically a crack user, but someone who has the personality of one. wild, and a lot of fun. sometimes a little out of hand, but mostly good people.

Mark: dude that guy has the personality of a crackhead!
Connor: yeah, well, he sure is fun to hangout with. I mean, he doesn't actually smoke crack anyways.
