Cage of twats

Collective noun used to describe a group of socially inept and nauseating people. In extreme circumstances it can be used in the singular form i.e a cage of twat.

"I don't want to go for a drink with that cage of twats."

"Why are you surprised? He is a cage of twat."

Progressive Change Management

Progressive Change Management (PCM) is the collective set of activities leveraged to increase user adoption. PCM allows an organization to initiate change management activities early in the process and in parallel to the actual configuration of the system. As the project progresses closer to testing and training, the change management activities must increase in both frequency and in content depth.

By leveraging Progressive Change Management, the organization was able to reduce post go-live issues and support efforts.
