Noun. A male version of a mistress. A man having an extramarital sexual relationship, especially with a married woman.

Her mister-ess was patiently waiting in his car to go out with her. She knew she wasn’t going to pay anything for the dinner. The mister-ess took her back home and gave her a doggie bag to give to her kids at home.
