A person is too hot to sleep when they have binged, over-indulged and pigged-out on enough stimulants to render them incapable of sleep, waking everybody in the neighbourhood who can.

Someone who doesn't observe bar or pub protocol, and jumps the queue.

I've been waitin' ages, and she keeps serving barbangers.

Had Me By The Balls

This slang expression is used when someone is forced to do something they don't want to do, but have no choice in the matter.

She had me by the balls so I had to go along with her to see her mother.

Sleazester

A creepy sleazy type of person.

The sleazester was watching her closely from a distance getting more and more drunk before movin' in on her.

Funmaster
