Boxed

Normally refering to having everything prepared in a kitchen, clingfilmed, date labelled etc as in boxed off, but can be used to mean "ready"

Chef "Are you boxed?"
Gimp "I'm always boxed, chef"
Chef "Fine. Lets go for a fag"
