this is to either say or do something that is in another level of retard. this can be a wide range of things from saying something stupid that has no relevance to what was currently being said or coming up with ideas that are truly too stupid to even attempt.

boy 2: making a video about kyle would be good :)

boy 1: dude talk about doing a james
