Spider Mole

When someone has a mole on their body and it has so many hairs, that slightly curl, growing out of it that it looks like a spider.

Jim: Dude, did you see Bob's spider mole?!

George: Ya man! It looked like it was gonna pop off and crawl all over him

Jim: Ya it's pretty nasty
