Similar to Second Hand Embarrassment.

The most uncomfortable feeling ever, it can only be described as "Internal".

Carly: Seeing JohnDoe dance in front of the whole school was the most uncomfortable thing of my life.

Shannon: No, it was just internal to the extreme, I almost couldn't breathe it was so bad.
