Manuel Fraga Iribarne was the President of Galicia from 1990 until 2005. He was an iron fisted fascist dictator who placed the Roman Catholic Church in full control of the education system. He ruled for 15 long years until the Galician people overthrew him. Fraga was basically a BASTARD
