short for emotional. emo people tend to have really cool hair. they are emo because they either have a very traumatized life or they are spoiled little brats and dont get what they want the first time. they are almost the opposit of gothic people. goths hate everyone. emos hate themselves. goths want to kill everyone, and emos want to kill themselves. however, i have nothing against emo people. they have their own song.
