This is a poem I wrote about anxiety
The anxiety is exhausting, loud and deep, But she has promises to keep,
Until then she shall not sleep.
She lies in bed with ducts that weep. Heavy pressure on the chest.
shes is starting to get stressed.
She needs to calm down.
But she can't seem to get rid of that frown. âThink of a happy thought,
before you get caught.â
Tears are running out.
Her head is blacking out.
Too many thought float in her mind.
How does she Unwind.
Anxiety is my worst enemy but I have to make my best friend or itâll eat me alive
