Person - sighs loudly
Me - “what’s wrong?”
Person - “Nothing, just being a sigh baby...”
The sigh you have when someone like mr. Alexander doesn't understand a very simple wordplay or something obvious.
Very closely related to facepalm, but expressed as a sigh.
