She is a very cool girl. I mean her name first of all!! Like that is freaking awesome name. You need a laugh? Be friends with phoebe! Promise she will have you peeing on yourself. She also pees herself in some occasions. Mainly when she’s spooked. Phoebes don’t usually mess around either. It’s either get f*cked up or stay in bed all night to watch movies. There is no inbetween. Also, phoebes are super sweet and always there for you. Whenever you just need to let something off your chest, call a phoebe. You can literally talk to her for hours and she won’t hang up! Pretty sweet uh? Basically, get a phoebe and keep the phoebe.

May be mistaken for a Spanish girl, dark brown eyes, brown hair, and tans beautifully! If you meet a phoebe, please be her friend. However she gets annoyed easily, if you fall out with her the worst thing you can do is beg her more and more to forgive and go on about how much you are sorry! This will only make her angrier and hate you even more. Also she would only tell her close friends who she liked. Or even just maybe her best friend. Her best friend is normally blonde and crazy! They both fit together like sisters! Do not mess with them both or you would never get back you!

Phoebe's are one nice girl. She would be there even tho she doesn't want you too. She is helpful and really sexy. If you know a phoebe be there for her . She is very athletic.

she is an amazing person, she listens and she is very outgoing and crazy, she doesn't care what other people think. If you are her best friend she can share any information even if its random and a bit personal, but you can't judge her because she can get upset and can be very rude when pushed, also she will talk behind your back if you judge her or hurt her feelings. She is fun and happy 23/6 she is sexy and all the boys want her, she has long slender legs and she is flexible. phoebe is an overall amazing person.

A phoebe is a girl usually with long hair. She has a very strong personality and sticks up for what she believes in. A Phoebe loves all animals but particularly cats. A Phoebe finds their soul mate a young age at gets mad ( jealous) if anyone goes near him. No matter what happens in their relationship she will fight for her man, even if they aren’t truly dating yet. Phoebes don’t like little kids, and would hate to have siblings. Phoebes are very inappropriate and will make a inappropriate joke anytime they can. Phoebes will always be weird, funny, and always wanting to make people laugh. That’s why everyone loves them.
