boobie/bootie-bargaining

Negotiations wherein a lady (often one who is normally modest/celibate, but who feels a bit desperate in her need for the male's assistance/cooperation) consents to allow a man to view and/or sample The Merchandise in exchange for his help, agreeability, willingness to "pull strings" with his cronies on her behalf, etc.

College-grad gal #1: You got Ned to land you a position with his company?!??? Jeeeeeez... how'd you ever manage THAT?? Those employees are kind of the "elitist clan".
College-grad gal #2: Oh, it wasn't easy, believe me --- I had to do a little boobie/bootie-bargaining to convince him that I would be a valuable addition to the staff.

pop culture bargaining

A system of exchanging pop culture. You agree to watch or listen or read something such as a movie, tv show, or book and in exchange a friend will have to do the same.

I will watch Blades of Glory if you listen to The Bealtes.
I see we are pop culture bargaining...interesting.

Collective Bargaining Unit

A group of proletariat people who wish to negotiate better working conditions, wages, benefits and hours from their employer.

A bunch of cunts got together and asked their boss for more while they agreed to do less. They got told to fuck off. For this privilege, they get to pay their union a percentage of their weekly pay.
1. Hey, collective bargaining unit member, if you want more money why not get out of the union and keep the dues for yourself?

Thieves' Bargain

1. A type of bad-faith agreement in which each party is openly exploiting the other while tacitly agreeing to a measure of exploitation themselves, with each party hoping to outmaneuver the other to come out on top.

2. Any exchange in which the party accepts an obvious and material negative in hopes that the eventual benefits to them will be even greater.

"Your Honor, this is outrageous! To even suggest that the prosecutor would make a thieves' bargain with the notorious Velma Kelly... then fabricate the very evidence that set her free!"

"The 'Thief's Bargain' spell reduces the cooldowns of Shadow Blades, Vanish, and Feint by 33%, but using one reduces your damage by 10% for 6 sec."

win-lose bargaining

The result of a possible win-win scenario in which the clear beneficiary of the win-win scenario fails to keep their end of the bargain, resulting later into a win-lose scenario.

Commonly found with people who fail to transition a informal verbal agreement to a formal written agreement, backstabbers, double-cross someone, or dealing with someone with a "do nothin', get everythin'" mentality.

1.) When Paul failed to wash the dishes all week after his father let him go to a party the previous week, his father realized that he was a victim of win-lose bargaining.

2.) Mike had been involved with some win-lose bargaining when he and Ken agreed to split the bill only for Ken to leave without notice, leaving Mike to pay for the large meal.

3.) When someone agrees to give another head after they themselves have been given head, but then leaves, the giver of head is on the losing side of the win-lose bargaining.
