Generally what happens when someone absolutely fails at life, for example, Season 1 Episode 10 on When Cheese Fails 101, a YouTube show about Starcraft 2. Bi-losing happens when someone is bi-winning so hard, and in math, you have to do what you did to one side of the equation to the other, so if someone bi-wins, another person has to bi-lose.

Losing the brakes is when you have to shit so bad and you know your ass muscle isn't going to hold it in and as you run the shit starts to squirt out.

Origin in English/Australian cricket vernacular, drinking sessions at pubs can be scored using cricket scoring format of wickets/runs (Aus) or runs/wickets (Eng), where runs are drinks, and having to urinate is a wicket.
You might tell your mates as you stand up that you just lost another wicket.
1. "Damn it guys, just lost another wicket"
2. "Geez mate, if you lose a wicket this early you'll be up and down all night"
3. "I opened well, but am suffering from a middle-order-collapse (denotes a quick succession of wickets)"
