sidenote::: first i have to say this: the pictures that are meant to describe love, dont at all. people making out doesnt prove theyre in love. everyone makes out. it doesnt mean much in our modern day society so why are we using it as a symbol of something so great?
1. 3 types of love.
a.eros- "erotic"
definition: love based on physical appearance
when you eros-love someone, you give to recieve, and dont recieve. this type of love is much like lust but lust is not a type of love it is an infatuation.
2.phileo-"brotherly love"
deifinition: love based on common interests or bonds
when you phileo-love someone, its a relationship where you give to recieve.
3. agape- "unconditional love"
definition- literally translated means charity. loving someone/something on no conditions(no matter what)
when you agape-love, you give for the sake of making the other person happy. because you truly want the best for them. you have no intentions of recieving.

3. The single most important, longed-for, wonderful, perfect emotions that are possible to feel.

Variation of loves it, where the additional
<it> stands for surrounding conditions or fate in general. Mainly used in golf where the additional <it> refers to the golf course as an entity.
That shot's started out down the left but it loves it, the wind's blowing the ball right back towards the target.
That doesn't look like a good shot, but wait, it loves it! It bounced out of the rough and onto the green!

A saying said between friends to persuade someone to do something you are too lazy to do.
Person 1: Change the channel
Person 2: No, the remote's all the way over there
Person 3: Be a love?
Person 4: Alright then.
Giving someone a gun, letting them point it at your heart, and trusting them not to shoot...

none of these definitions that I have read are a true definition of love
that is infatuation,
obsession,
lonliness,
despair,
or any combination of the above
love ISN'T when you want or need to be with them every second of the day
love IS when the time you spend with them is perfect, and the time you spend apart is equally as good
love ISN'T when you depend on them and your whole life revolves around them
love IS when they are a perfect addition to your life, it doesn't make everything else seem perfect, it makes everything else bareable and manageable
they help you grow as a person, and make you a better person and feel better about yourself and life in general
love ISN'T when you hate saying goodbye
love IS when you see "goodbye" as the possibility of saying "hello" all over again
love DOESN'T cover their flaws
love DOES show their flaws for all they are, but you love their imperfections, cuz it makes them who they are, and you love and accept them for everything they are
love grows
and encourages growth
love isn't perfect
but it's always close

most people will never even meet that one other person in the world that really loves them
