Diaper pins are essentially an over sized safety pin used for fastening and holding a babies cotton cloth diapers in place. Associated with the use of cloth diapers and rubber pants, diaper pins can be found with both a metal snap lock cap, and a plastic safety cap, making them easy to distinguish between regular ordinary safety pins.
"Gerber", "Dritz", "Evenflo", and "Safety First" are all manufacturers of baby diaper pins.

Used to end a conversation by implying that you will continue the conversation later, likely via Black Berry Pin Messaging (BBM).
Can be used either dismissively, instead of "“I Know, I know”, or as a farewell, as in talk to you later.
Girl: "Crap, I'm late for my woman's studies course"
Boy: "Alright, pin yas"
Fraternity Master: “Are the pledges going to be ready for their exam?”
Pledge Master: “Yeah. Don’t worry about it. Pin yas pin yas.”

When a girl has her period and you still want to go down on her, leaving the tampon in moving the string out of the way. Once things heat up and it's time to finish her off, you grab the string with your teeth and pull it out whipping it across the room in one motion.
I didn't care that she was on her period and neither did she. I wanted to go down on her. The only part that startled her was when I pulled the grenade pin.
A douchey/ middle management way to say "let's come back to that later," or, "hold that thought." Increasingly popular in business speak.
Possibly originally from WWII, referring to putting a pin back in a hand grenade so it won't go off.
Employee: "Will we have health benefits during the furlough?"
Mid-level boss: "Let's just put a pin in that, for now."

When you walk in a straight line, touching the heel of the front foot to the toe of the back foot; you are doing pin knobs.
I was walking so slowly that I was practically doing pin knobs.
Thin arms on a man, usually on a wimp, showing that the wimp never works out, has never done a push-up or pull-up or lifted weights, has no bicep or tricep muscle definition. May be adept at playing video games, but does no physical exercise.
Check out the Pin Arms on that wimp on the beach, what is he even doing here, he's going to get laughed off the beach by those hot chicks over there....
