Usually a tall skinny African American male mainly seen working at furniture warehouses not fixing a thing. Always talking to everybody he sees and never knows their name. A devoted Christian with nothing but weak church jokes. Always hurting somewhere and seeking attention for it. Rufus means big doo doo.
