A teenager or young adult that loiters on someone else's stoop, or in any convenient public place, drinking 40's and smoking cigarettes, etc. A "stoop kid" is similar to a "street punk" though they don't necessarily subscribe to punk subculture. It is also similar to "stoop monkey" though it is not racially specific, nor does it have pejorative undertones.
He might work in corporate now, but he's still a stoop kid at heart.

kolby is always a die for kinda guy. he likes football and spending time with his family. even though he has been through a lot he will do anything to make you happy. he loves to hold your hand and have you close to him. if you ever end up with a kolby stoops dont mess up because youll regret it. BIG TIME
